Promoter

In rubber vulcanization, any material that can accelerate the reaction rate of rubber and vulcanizing agent is collectively referred to as vulcanization accelerator. Promoter plays a very important role in rubber vulcanization, add a small amount of promoter, can greatly accelerate the reaction between rubber and vulcanizing agent, improve the curing speed, shorten the curing temperature, curing time, reduce the dosage of curing agent, improve physical and mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber, such as improve the tensile strength, tensile modulus, hardness and abrasion resistance, improve the aging resistance of vulcanized rubber, can prevent spray frost, enlarge the using range of vulcanized rubber, can be made transparent and various colors of rubber products. Therefore, accelerator is one of the necessary raw materials for rubber industry.

There are so many kinds of accelerant that it is difficult to classify them uniformly.

B, anhydride promoter: BDMA, ct-152x, DBU, etc

C, polyether amine catalyst: ep-184,399, etc

D, latent catalyst: k-61b, ct-152x, etc

Adhesives for polyurethane adhesives

A, amine promoters: triethylenediamine, a-1, a-33, dc-829, etc

B. Tin promoter: dibutyl tin dilaurate, stannous acid, ct-e229, etc
